The first thing we do with a patient is an oral exam. This starts with a visual exam, periodontal health review, and then we use an intraoral camera. This camera allows us to view your mouth from multiple angles and brings it up on the screen in front of you.
This is where you become our second in command, as you can see what we see, ask any questions, and better understand your recommended treatment plan.
Snore appliances are a form of treatment for patients with mild to moderate sleep apnea. Sleep apnea can disrupt sleep because it causes the muscles of the airway to block airflow. A snore appliance can be used to keep the airway open during sleep and promoting adequate air intake.
